- I am six years old and I love shopping for clothes & dressing up however my favorite thing to do is play outside and catch snakes & frogs! I have two big brothers that also love animals like I do! When I catch something I keep it for a few days and feed it but always let it go. When I was 10 months old I became a Type 1 Diabetic. After taking over 6,000 insulin shots, I decided to go on an Animas insulin pump. I love my pump! There is no cure for Type 1 Diabetes right now but my family enjoys holding fundraisers for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, who is committed to finding my cure!
